My self Animesh Shrivastava, and I belong from Jhalawar, Rajasthan. I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) from Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur, in the academic year 2019–2020. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Amity University Noida , and in final semester 2024-2026. Alongside my studies, I am working as a Healthcare Trainer at JITM Skill Pvt. Ltd., Dhanbad. I have a total of 4–5 years of professional experience, primarily in the healthcare . My expertise includes training, communication, and team coordination, along with a growing interest in HR practices such as recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development. I am passionate about continuous learning and aim to build a strong career in Human Resource Management, leveraging my healthcare background and professional experience to contribute effectively to organizational growth.
