These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by JCRM Technologies. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

Users must provide accurate information and be legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any registration.

2. Client Services

All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in a formal proposal or agreement.

Advance payment is required to initiate any project. Delays in payment may result in suspension of services.

Final deliverables and ownership rights will be transferred only after full payment is received.

3. Training and Internship

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful registration and fee payment, if applicable.

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct. The Company reserves the right to terminate access in case of misconduct without refund.

Certificates will be issued based on completion criteria defined by the program.

4. Placement Assistance

The Company provides placement assistance only and does not guarantee job placement. Opportunities depend on candidate performance, skills, and market conditions.

5. Project Work

Projects provided to students or clients are intended for learning and business use as per agreed terms. Unauthorized or unethical use is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

All parties agree to maintain confidentiality of shared information and project data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business loss or placement outcomes.

9. Termination

Services may be terminated in case of non-payment, violation of terms, or misconduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh.

11. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
