I currently work as an Internal Consultant – Advanced at PayPal, where I collaborate closely with the sales team and act as a bridge between the India market and account managers. My role focuses on analyzing customer interactions, supporting lead creation, and ensuring quality and governance across deals. I’ve been part of the Velocity program, where I contributed to lead generation, trained team members on Salesforce, and worked on improving conversion rates by identifying gaps such as contact quality and eligibility. I also perform close-lost analysis and share insights to improve processes and avoid repeat issues. I’m particularly interested in moving into a sales-focused role, as I enjoy understanding customer needs and driving business outcomes. With my experience in data analysis, stakeholder management, and sales support, I’m looking to contribute more directly to revenue growth.
