My name is Sonali Kumari. I have completed my MBA in Human Resource from Technocrats Institute of Technology, Bhopal, and my BBA from Magadh Mahila College, Patna University. I have around four years of experience in HR and administrative roles. In my previous organization, which was a real estate company, I worked in the HR department where I was responsible for payroll processing, attendance management, recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. I was involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees. I also coordinated with different departments to understand their manpower requirements and supported daily HR operations. Apart from this, I also worked as a freelance Social Media Manager with OBT Logistics and Solution Pvt. Ltd., where I managed the company’s social media accounts and created marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement. Earlier, I also completed an HR internship where I assisted the HR team in recruitment, maintaining employee records, and organizing employee engagement activities. I consider myself a hardworking, responsible, and people-oriented person. I enjoy working in HR because it allows me to interact with employees, solve workplace issues, and contribute to the growth of the organization.
